Clever Baggers Online
Wholesale Shop Opens
Due to increasing demand for large quantities of plain
bags, we've now opened our new online wholesale store. Unlike the
Clever Baggers Bag
Boutique where we sell smaller quantities from single items upwards,
the Wholesale Shop specifically caters for full carton quantities to
pallet loads (full pallet loads contain 24 cartons). Visit the
new site here

The Clever Baggers go to
Glastonbury - again!
Don't listen to all the reports
about poor ticket sales, doom, gloom, rain and mud! This year's line-up
musically is the best ever, even if you don't like rap. It's worth going to if

The Clever Baggers go to
Glastonbury
'Bag for Life'
cotton carrier bags promoted by Glastonbury Festival organisers
The Glastonbury Festival is one of
the most prestigious open air music festivals in the world, attracting a maximum
capacity crowd of more than 170,000 lovers of music and dance. This year the
organisers, led by Emily Eavis and supported by Greenpeace, Oxfam, Water Aid,
iCount and Yeo Valley Organic, decided to promote a bag for life instead of
giving away plastic bags to ticket holders. In previous years one of the biggest
problems with the aftermath clear-up was the large numbers of plastic bags left
as rubbish on site.
A deal was struck with The Clever
Baggers and consequently a total of 155,000 of our
BAG2 cotton
carriers are being given away to ticket holders at this years' festival
which starts on Friday June 22. For more details of the festival, go to
www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk
