JOB DESCRIPTION

WAREHOUSE CONTROLLER

Responsible to: Louise Lacey-Johnson                   

Job Description:  To control the movement and allocation of stock, account for and maintain stock levels.

Main responsibilities:

• Organise and control the movement of stock.
• Maintain tidy and safe warehouse
• Maintain accurate stock levels.

• Distribute stock for production efficiently  (split site) and in line with daily working requirements

• Ensure goods are ready for despatch on time, correctly stacked and  labelled 
• Ensure stock is at all times accessible, tidy, ensure part boxes are kept labelled, sorted and tidy
• Arrange and distribute Goods In and reconcile Delivery Notes.

• Assist Production Manager to:
• Plan the working day
• Maintain good time-keeping
• Ensure that working practices are maintained in accordance with the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
• Reinforce Health and Safety Practices in the workplace

Subsidiary responsibilities:

• Clean screens on a regular basis and in accordance with daily requirements
• Maintain printing and drying machinery, and liaise with engineers for same.

General Responsibilities:

• To maintain a cheerful disposition and carry out duties in a purposeful manner.
• To assist in any reasonable activity relative to the everyday running of the Company.
