Business Update: COVID-19

A Business Update From the Managing Director

 Whilst we are all enjoying the easing of lockdown measures, we must still be sure to do all we can to keep ourselves and others safe.  We are still in very difficult times and cannot return fully to what we once knew as normal just yet.

 

We are still working with greatly reduced staff numbers to ensure safety at work, and to minimise journeys where not absolutely necessary.  We want to thank all our customers who have continued to support us and have been pleased to be able to continue during these difficult times.

 

What does this mean for customers?

 We are still processing orders for plain and custom printed goods through the website and we are still available on the phone, Monday – Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.

 

We are unable to provide our usual same-day despatch service for plain goods, but we are despatching orders within 1-2 days.  Our lead times for custom printed goods are higher than usual but we may be able to reduce this depending on the design and products in your order.  Please ask your sales advisor if the lead time is too long for your requirement.

 

Whilst delivery services have improved, there are still some delays with certain areas affected more than others.  Our courier partners are working tirelessly to get service levels back to the usual standard but do please bear with us and them if there are any delays with your order.
