May Print of the Month
Posted on: 13/05/2026, 08:00
We are fortunate to print hundreds of different artworks everyday in our workshop her in Mid-Wales. Some designs are simple, like a bit of text in black, others are very complex with shading and tints. And many are full photography designs. This is why each month we will be selecting one to showcase to you.
We may have chosen the design because of it's intricate detail, the complexity of the print, the colours used in the design, or it could've been chosen by our team simply because we thought the artwork was cute and recognisable.
We may have chosen the design because of it's intricate detail, the complexity of the print, the colours used in the design, or it could've been chosen by our team simply because we thought the artwork was cute and recognisable.
This month we want to show you this intricate detail that was printed onto our 12oz canvas tote shopper bags. The print was achieved using our screen printing method with 3 colours matching the customers specific pantone, all mixed by hand.
This was actually what we call a "strike off" where the customer has requested a small number to be screenprinted, (this is usually anything between 1 and 10) as they needed to see the finished result, and probably get it approved by several different people at their company/institute before ordering a higher quantity.
If this is something your business or establishment would need to do before ordering higher quantities, then please let us know, we'd be happy to help.

What do you think? We think the details have come out beautifully onto the 12oz canvas, and the colours chosen by the customer get a chance to shine against the natural beige canvas.
