Meet the Team - Customer Service Representative

Let's learn more about one of our Customer Service Representatives. Find out what role they play in the Clever Baggers Team and what they get up to in their spare time.
Name – Ruth
Job Role – Customer Service Representative
Tell us about you – Not much to tell really, I’m a quiet member of the team, I live fairly locally with my husband and our dog. I’ve been with the company for about 12 years and worked my way from despatch to the role I’m in now. Love being part of the sales team.
Activities / Hobbies – In my spare time I really enjoy Card Making. I make Christmas Cards for my friends, family and colleagues every year.
Favourite meal to indulge yourself in? – Some might say controversial but I really love a Chicken Tikka accompanied with some prawn crackers!
Favourite Film – Anything that’s not scary, I'm always hiding behind the cushion.
About you in the company – My role at the company involves sending out quotes for print jobs and talking to our lovely customers about what they want printed and how they want it to look 😊
What do you like best about working for Clever Baggers? – Everyone is friendly and always happy to help each other as well as our customers 😊
Favourite product? – It's got to be the Natural 8oz Canvas & Jute Large Shopper 37x30x15cm (LG-3730-8VJNL). It's a nice size and I really like the contrast between the jute and the natural canvas.
Plain or Printed? – ️It has to be printed, as a customer service representative I do get to see quite a lot of our customers artwork and I know they will look great printed onto our products.
